So the average temperature in Riyadh is now 43-45 degrees centigrade rising to around 50c by August ( that's about 122 degrees Farenheit!)
Its too damn HOT even for me so I have decamped back to the UK for a couple of months to hang out with the kids, visit my Dad in Spain, do some Reformer pilates and get to work on our house ( a project we started ELEVEN years ago!)
So the best thing ever was arriving at LHR and getting in the car and driving to Norfolk at 6am seeing the fields and so so much green - our garden looked so lush...
and a walk to the beach as the sun was fading ...... gorgeous!
Tomorrow I am off to London for a couple of days!
Happy Summer!

The ASOS Dress
Been meaning to do this post for a few days but too busy buying up the world's supply of Saudi dates to take back to UK for all the teachers and matrons etc at the kid's schools! I'm digressing AGAIN!
I bought this fabulous Hattie dress by Tempest a few weeks ago online from ASOS when DH was on one of his many London office trips so he returned with it. It look fabulous on the very skinny, blonde model - 3 things I am not!
